Maryland Parents Supporting Parents (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a nonprofit organization providing community resources and programs. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, how we use and share it, and your rights and choices.

  • Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth (only if required for program eligibility), nonprofit membership or volunteer application details, donation information, employment or volunteer resumes, and other information you submit via forms, surveys, or email.

  • Donation/payment data: payment card or bank details submitted to our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

  • Communications: messages you send to us and records of communications(email, contact form, newsletter sign-ups).

  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages visited, and timestamps.

  • Cookies and tracking technologies: cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to provide site functionality, analytics, and preferences.

    Our website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
